Zaha is a female Iraqi-British architect who was born in 1950. Her architectural ideology is intensively preoccupied on how she may change the general notion of our environment. Her architectures are characterized by dynamic formal qualities, crystallized strata and curving shapes. Her work of architecture is regarded by many as a new Baroque, engaging, luxurious and vibrant type of architecture (Zaha, 2014). Hadid’s architectural work between 1970 and 1980 put into consideration the knowledge and the skills of the 20th Century architects and artists into consideration. In order to gain sight of the Italian and Russian futurist Architecture, Hadid had to develop utopian standards. In the modern times, Zaha architects usually establish landmark projects from all areas of life. Her work of architecture has inspired all the view of construction and design and it has an enormous impact on the future design. Her historical and strong conceptual awareness, acts as an inspiration for her future achievement. The work look in detail how Hadid Zaha architecture in the field of art takes into account the philosophical, technological, political, economic and social factors and how it have affected the dominant aesthetics of individual disciplines.
The Zaha Hadid architects in the recent times have been creating structures and projects of all types of functioning. The building constructed from Zaha Hadid architectural ideas are neither weak or ordinary by they represent a certain view on how the world might be transformed through our thoughts and ideas. The work of Hadid together with her cohorts has been experienced throughout the globe and with different scale. The architecture designs range from urban objects to furniture design in our homes (Dawson, 2005). Based on her historical awareness she always gives attention to landscapes and physical content in order to explore the construction and the patterns which might result from them. In comparison to other architects she embraces digital drawing long time ago. She has therefore been in a better position to challenge the traditional ways of architecture. Together with Patrick Schumacher, they have meticulously been able to explore the possibilities of the modern design.
The construction of Vienna University of economic and Business Centre was constructed based on the Ideas of Zaha Hadid. The university being a public institution it has been constructed in a way that represents the economical, social and ecological sustainability (Lorna, 2013). The design of the university was not constructed to illustrate a concrete realization of our modern design according to Zaha Hadid. Both interior and exterior designs are so much attractive and aesthetic. They have therefore encouraged the students to work hard during their studies in order to become important people in the future. Since the design is a source of motivation and inspiration to the students, the design has improved the economic status of the students in the future when they complete their studies as they are always in position to engage in productive activities in the economy (Stephen, 2009). Apart from the university, Zaha Hadid has also constructed other architectures and designs which are futuristic in nature. The architecture is very crucial as far as the economic affairs of the parties are concerned.
Zaha Hadid is one of the most famous and celebrity women in the world of architecture. Her political ideology of the industrialized Iraq economy, nationalization of the country’s oil and the issuance of the property has influenced her thought in regard to the future world. Since her childhood she has learnt how to have an open communication among the people and also have a conviction about the freedom of Iraq. She is a contemporarily woman who understand that the women just like the men they have the power to change the world that we live (Bernard, 2015). Over the years, the work of Zaha Hadid in the world of architecture has been a champion of public utility as well as personal vision.
Just like her architecture which is designed in an extra-ordinary manner both in the interior and in the exterior. Just like Zaha Hadid whose is possessed and interested in purifying her work of literature, the politicians are also concerned with the affairs of the people. In most cases, she prefers a backyard of tyrants and dictators in order for the work of architecture to be conducted in an appropriate and presentable manner. In the same way, the politicians might not succeed in their political sphere not unless they are people minded and are concerned with the prosperity of the people they lead (Adam, 2012).
Hadid is such an example of women in the society who lead by example. She is a role model t many as she has received various accolades because of her exemplary architectural piece of work in various economic sectors and countries. The politician should on their side ensure that they are multi-diverse in the ideology in order to improve the lives of those that they lead and be of good character so that they can be emulated (Lim, 2003). Her character in the field of architecture is regarded to be global character because most of her work seems to be eye catching although difficult for many architects to construct. Just like the politician, her work of architecture has been criticized by other architect as they deem it to be costly and wasteful. They also claim that she does not respect the opinion of her clients as she always prefers to adore her work. Nevertheless, Hadid ideology in the world of architecture has transformed it in a magnificent manner.
Zaha Hadid work or architecture has been described as neo-modernist and De-constructive. For instance, the British Design Museum is a baroque of modernism. Unlike the previous architects who attached their work at chaotic forms of architecture, her work was characterized with specialty of design, fragmented geometrics and multiple perspectives. She believed that the environment that we live in is obsessive of the high technology which she suggested to be inescapable. Her ideology had already been proven in the Japanese metabolism movement in 1970’s. The Peak in Hong Kong proved that she had a huge capability of sensing certainties. She proved to differentiate between the chaos and complexity of order in her work of architecture. Hadid work of architecture was also accepted and recognized in Asia. Hadid theme of architecture “better city better life” was a suggestion of a better life and great world city which were to come in the future through her architectural ideology (Martin, 2014). As time changes, Zaha’s decor and post-modernism architecture have emerged as a rapid succession of styles which compete with each other. The traditional segmentation order according to Zaha Hadid are being replaced by parametric technology which continuously separates and exhaust its connection with the past models of architecture.
In the modern architecture, parametric and décor based on Zaha Hadid philosophy stands against the judgment of the modernism. The modern architecture in relation to the postmodernism has been a reflection of the modern discoveries and advancement. Despite the fact that, the postmodernism architecture has the ability to transform the previous architecture, they lack the potential to disassemble and dislocate the architecture by themselves (Flowers, 2009). According to the critics of Zaha, the architectural consequences and the modernism crisis suggests that there is not specific way in which architecture can establish a unified style. Nevertheless, Zaha Hadid philosophical character suggests that modernism times, gothic era, renaissance baroque historicism is yet to come to its end. Zaha Hadid is such a character in the world of architecture that personally builds her character and has been successful in the industry fashion design in all fields of design in the world.
Zaha is a modern female Iraqi-British architect who has gone beyond the normal by using the work of art to illustrate how she has the potential to change the world. Her work of architecture is characterized by crystallized strata, curving shapes and formal qualities. The work of architecture from Zaha has been of great importance to the world and herself. She has contributed to a greater extent towards social affairs, economically through construction of modern buildings and technologically through the use of the formal technological techniques. The architecture, parametric and décor associated with the Zaha philosophical ideas stand against the modern architectures judgment because they are strong, baroque and reflects technological advancement and discoveries.
